Valeria

I was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy. My family are all foodies, and after studying catering at college & working in fine dining restaurants on the island, I moved with my husband (also a chef) to the UK to pursue my passion for patisserie & baking. I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing people, and had the opportunity to feature on the 1st season of Bake Off Creme de la Creme, which we were finalists in.
