My passion for Italian food comes from my Neapolitan "Nonna", Tina. She helped raise me and my brother, and she cooked for us throughout our childhood. When I finished school, I went to catering college to study professionally. Since, I've worked in some amazing restaurants, done private catering and even starred in a cooking TV series with my wife. Today, we have an amazing family run pizzeria where we focus on top quality Italian ingredients.
