I have always loved cooking and baking, but it wasn't until lockdown that I felt I wanted to take things to the next stage. Taking a prudent approach, it has very much been a side hustle since 2020: working Monday - Friday in the world of fashion as a product developer, then jamming at the weekend.It has been a true labour of love, with every month the business grows a step closer to me making this my full-time focus.
