My journey started in India where I completed 4 years of classical chef training. After, I moved to the USA and then London 19 years ago. I've worked at various restaurants including Mela, Dockmasters House, Dishoom, and Motu JKS, rising to Executive Chef there. I am now the Director of Punjabi Lad. I am passionate about selecting sustainable products and my belief in the medicinal benefits of spices.
