I'm the head chef and owner of OIE Truly Thai. I'm passionate about creating exquisite dishes that tantalize your taste buds, leaving you craving more. I learned my trade by working in my family's restaurant in Thailand when I was younger. Then 2007, I moved to London and opened OIE Truly Thai in 2013.
