Cooking was always an escape but due to certain worldwide lockdown factors a few years ago, I got the chance to spend more time in the kitchen, having fun with food ever since I've found a fresh look at using food to tell stories and have fun, exploring, entertaining and educating myself with all the different types of cuisines available to us.
