I wasn’t supposed to become a chef, but whilst at university I got an opportunity to turn my hobby and into a job. Since then, I have been working in the hospitality for the last 25 years, the last 18 as a private chef. I enjoy working as a private chef so I can cook for families and people in my community by creating homemade, tasty and healthy meals. I love to cook my food with fresh ingredients many of which are sourced from local suppliers.
